Mr. Shariq Abdullah has over 21 years of diversified professional experience in the financial industry, working with both local and multinational companies. He has served as Chief Operating Officer of Habib Insurance Company Limited and at the same time served as Executive Director of Habib Asset Management Limited.

By profession, Mr. Abdullah is a Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountant in England and Wales and MBA from Imperial College of Science, London and B.Sc (Econ) from London School of Economics and Political Science. Mr. Abdullah started his career in 1988 with Leigh Carr Chartered Accountants (London) as Manager and then moved to the Enron Capital and Trade Resources (London).

Having started his career in 1987 after graduating from New York with MBA from The College of Insurance, Mr. Najib Nasir Syed has held key managerial positions with Adamjee Insurance Company Ltd., the largest insurer in Pakistan. He has operational expertise which developed over the years and he successfully managed 35 branches of the Sindh & Baluchistan  Zone of Adamjee Insurance as General Manager, which generated 4.5 billion rupees in premium for the company. He also served as Joint Director in the State Bank of Pakistan in the Banking Policy Department. He has attended various international seminars.

Mr. Nadeem Raza is a Fellow Member of Institute of Corporate Secretaries of Pakistan and MBA in finance. He has 17 years of experience in manufacturing, financial and insurance industry working with both local and multinational companies. He previously worked with Singer Pakistan & New Hampshire Insurance in key managerial & senior positions. He has been working with UBL Insurers since September 2007 in different capacities as Head of Statutory Accounts/Financial Controller.
