We have also entered into a strategic partnership with UBL (United Bank Limited) to sell health products under UBL's existing ambit of UBL BetterLife Plans. This new initiative is called "UBL BetterLife Sehat Plans" having a wide range of retail health insurance products at affordable prices, as follows:
Our Sehat Plans offer:
• Emergency Care, surgery and hospital coverage
• Maternity coverage (optional) available with family only
Apart from this our plans offer the following key benefits:
• Treatment at the best network of hospitals nationwide
• Cashless claim facility at all network hospitals
• Coverage for prescription drugs with an associated admission
• No hassle of filling out claim forms
• No health check-up required
• Enrollment Discounts available for spouse at 10% and for children at 15%
Depending on the plan chosen, any person from the age of 6 months to 75 years of age is eligible.
• Tahafuz Plan: Lowest premium rate/tier plan with a coverage amount of Rs. 60,000 per annum.
• Rahat Plan: Slightly higher premium rate/tier plan with a coverage amount of Rs. 100,000 per annum.
• Aafiyat Plan: Designed to cater the middle income group and provides three times more coverage of Rs. 200,000 per annum as compared to the basic Tahafuz Plan.
• Salamti Plan: Designed to provide a larger coverage base of Rs. 350,000 per annum.
• Aaram Plan: Highest premium rate/tier plan with a coverage amount of Rs 500,000 per annum is appropriate for higher middle class customers. Also provides a private room during hospitalization.
